NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the City Council, City of Warden, in the council chambers, 201 S. Ash Street, Warden, WA on April 26, 2016 at 7:00 PM.

The purpose of the public hearing is to hear comment regarding a six-month interim zoning ordinance on the establishment, location, operation, licensing, maintenance or continuation of medical marijuana collective gardens, marijuana cooperatives, and recreational marijuana producers, processors, and retailers; providing for severability and establishing an effective date.
