April 12

Report of a stolen Grant County PUD meter at a residence in the 2000 block of West Basin Street.

A man reported someone broke into his travel trailer in the 1300 block of West Broadway Avenue and stole a TV and DVD player.

Report of a man walking behind a building in the 1000 block of West Marina Drive and kicking and punching a mailbox. The appropriate cost to replace the mailbox is $60.

A woman advised a man she let visit her residence in the 9800 block of Sunny Drive Northeast stole her non-working cellphone.

A woman reported the right front tire on her vehicle was slashed in a parking lot in the 1600 block of South Pioneer Way.

Report of a blue suitcase containing women’s clothing found on the back porch of a residence in the 900 block of East Alderwood Road.

A fast food restaurant representative in the 500 block of East Wheeler Road contacted police requesting a man be trespassed from their property after causing a disturbance with customers. Police contacted the suspect and learned he had a felony Department of Corrections warrant for felony harassment. The man was trespassed from the business and arrested.

Report of a hit-and-run accident in the 600 block of Road L Northeast. The suspect vehicle, believed to be a pickup truck, reportedly struck a motor home and fled the scene.

A man was dropped off at a hotel in the 1000 block of South Pioneer Way with an emergency housing voucher on April 11. The man would not leave the hotel on April 12 and was trespassed from the business.

Prescription drugs were reported stolen from a vehicle.

A male was reportedly spotted about to jump into a canal.

Squatters were reported living in a van on White Trail Road.

An injured dog was reported running at large near a school.

A male was reported drilling out the lock on a mailbox.

A woman reported that her mother was outside her residence and not welcome there.

A lawnmower was reported stolen.

A man reported that his credit card information was stolen by a friend.

A suspicious vehicle was reported stolen.

Wyatt Scalise, 22, of Spokane, was arrested on a Grant County Superior Court bench warrant.

Joan Curtis, 50, of Ephrata, was arrested and booked on a Grant County District Court warrant and a Department of Corrections secretary’s warrant.

Jenna Kramer, 20, of Moses Lake, was arrested on a Douglas County warrant and third-degree driving with a suspended/revoked license.

Cameron Wickizer, 26, of Coulee Dam, was arrested and booked for third-degree malicious mischief.

Jesse Ziegelman, 35, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a GCSC warrant.

Peggy Sangster, 54, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a GCDC warrant.

James Schafer, 45, of Ephrata, was arrested and booked on a DOC secretary’s warrant.

Michael Loska, 27, of Soap Lake, was arrested and booked on a DOC order of arrest and detention for violations of probation.

Andrew Packer, 26, a transient, was arrested and booked on a GCDC warrant and four GCSC warrants.

Dustin Shearer, 32, of Brier, was arrested and booked on a GCDC warrant.

Daniel Zellmer, 63, of Soap Lake, was arrested and booked on a DOC secretary’s warrant.

Jeremy Madewell, 31, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a GCDC warrant.

Corey Truman, 39, of Othello, was booked on a GCDC warrant.

Selena Collier, 23, of Walla Walla, was arrested for a GCDC warrant.

Kimberly Hasenwinkle, 46, of Wenatchee, was arrested for a GCSC warrant.

Luis Lopez, 38, of Othello, was booked on a GCDC warrant.

Kyle Simpson, 26, of Soap Lake, was arrested for second-degree burglary.

Desiree Shields, 41, of Marysville, was arrested for a GCDC warrant.

April 13

Rafael Ochoa Jr., 18, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for theft of a motor vehicle.

Levi Camacho, 20, of Moses Lake, was booked on seven GCDC warrants.
