NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF MITIGATED DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE

Grant County has issued a Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (WAC Chapter 197-11) for the following project: Grading of approximately 25,000 cubic yards and temporary placement of a rock crusher to crush graded aggregate materials. Crushed rock will be used to build roads to serve future subdivision. The project site is located approximately one mile north of where Rd. M NW ends at Rd. 13 NW. The parcel is located in the W 1/2 of Section 24, Township 21N, Range 24E, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #15-1217-000.
