Notice is hereby given that a Building Permit application and SEPA Checklist received by Grant County on March 30, 2016 from Larry Schaapman. (Designated Contact: Hansen - Rice Inc., 1717 Chisholm Drive, Nampa, Idaho 83687, Phone: (208) 465-0200), were found to be technically complete on April 4, 2016. Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal, and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. PROJECT: Construct a potato storage building with a footprint of 137.5-ft. by 408-ft. There are currently two existing potato storage buildings that will be demolished. The property owner will apply for a Boundary Line Adjustment to incorporate the new development into the parcel. The proposed parcel boundary and the existing boundary are depicted on the site plan. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: Building Permit. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The subject area is a portion of Parcel #20-1260-000. The subject area is located 5.5 miles SE of Quincy, WA on N.5 Rd NW and is located between the intersections of N.5 RD NW and 5 Rd NW and 4 Rd NW. The parcel is located in the North West portion of Section 10, Township 19 North, Range 24 East, WM, Grant County, WA. ZONING: Agriculture. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
