The Colville Tribes Land Use Review Board will be holding a public hearing to make a ruling on the following land use and development permits:

1. Colville Tribal Federal Corporation being represented by Nathan Moulton, Fuels Division Director has filed a land use and development permit application for a conditional use permit to construct an approximate 11,880 square foot truck stop with a convenience store and 20 fueling positions on Tribal Trust property within the City Limits of Moses Lake, Washington and the aboriginal (usual and accustom) territories of the Colville Confederated Tribes. The property is located on the south side of South Wanapum Drive within Grant County Parcel #90383010 Lot 64 of the Battery Orchard Tracts within Township 33 North, Range 19 East, Section 28 containing 7.69 acres more or less.

A public hearing for the above mentioned land use and development Permit Applications will be conducted on Thursday April 14, 2016 at the City of Moses Lake Auditorium (Civic Center) starting at 10 a.m. Written comments will be accepted until April 12, 2016 at 4 p.m. or comments can be made verbally at the public hearing.
