WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington, has received a petition to vacate portions of certain County excess road easement described as follows:

Legal description: That portion of SURPLUS RIGHT-OF-WAY known as a portion

of WESTSHORE DRIVE from 316.64 ft. northwesterly of Winesap Road to 1885 ft. northwest; of varying width; retaining for the County 40 ft. of right-of-way on the west side of Westshore Drive; as shown in attached RIGHT-OF-WAY VACATION EXHIBITS, A(1-3) and B-E, IN SECTION 19 T19N R28E.W.M

ALL IN GRANT COUNTY, WA.

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that consideration should be given to vacating portions of certain County roads and rights-of-way and directs the County Road Engineer to prepare a report on the vacation and abandonment.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a public hearing on the report and other related matters shall be held in the Hearing Room of the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington, located in the County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington at 2:00 PM,

on Tuesday, the 19 day of April, 2016.
