March 31

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident. Driver of vehicle 1 backed into vehicle 2 while the vehicle was driving into the parking lot at Samaritan Clinic, 1550 South Pioneer Way.

A 32-year-old man was arrested on outstanding warrants.

Report of dirt bike stolen sometime overnight from a residence in the 3400 block of West Sage Road.

Report of two-vehicle, minor injury accident at the intersection of East Hill Avenue and South Pioneer Way. Two vehicles were driving east on Hill Avenue; driver of vehicle 1 attempted to change lanes and hit vehicle 2. Driver of vehicle 2 complained of back pain and was transported to Samaritan Hospital. Driver of vehicle 1 was cited for unsafe lane change.

A 19-year-old man was cited for third-degree theft after he allegedly stole about $100 in merchandise from a business at 1005 North Stratford Rd.

Report of vandalism at a home in the 1900 block of West Marina Drive. Unknown suspect entered by breaking the front door and painted graffiti on a basement door. Damage was estimated at about $190.

Report of vehicle prowl. Unknown suspects took a backpack from a truck parked at a business at 1147 West Broadway Ave.

A 24-year-old man was arrested for third-degree malicious mischief and on an outstanding warrant for malicious mischief. The man allegedly got into an argument over a soft drink with employees at a business at 5219 Patton Boulevard and broke a glass door.

A 49-year-old woman was arrested and booked into the Grant County Jail for second-degree theft, third-degree theft and possession of controlled substances. The woman allegedly stole a purse from a cart in a business at 1005 North Stratford Rd.

A 26-year-old woman and 38-year-old woman were cited for third-degree malicious mischief and theft after they allegedly damaged landscaping at a business at 606 West Broadway Ave.

A 2-year-old girl was reported sitting across the street for half an hour, then crossing the street and going home.

A woman reported there was someone in her house and her vehicle was parked on the lawn, which was not where she parked it.

A vacant house reportedly had every door broken open and someone possibly inside.

A camper and car were reportedly dumped on a trail.

A male reported that his cousin was sending him messages threatening to slit his throat.

A female reported that her ex-boyfriend had thrown her against the door.

A woman reported that she came home and found a black van parked in her driveway.

A mother reported that her sister had taken her son several days ago and was now in Ellensburg wanting money before she would bring him back.

A gun reportedly went off during target practice and shot somebody under the shoulder blade.

A man reported that a male pulled a gun on him and said he would kill him.

Blake Butler, 18, of Ephrata, was arrested and booked on possession of a controlled substance with intent.

Carlos Lopez, 29, of George, was arrested and booked on DUI, third-degree driving with a suspended license, and three GCDC warrants.

Wilmer Guerrero, 23, of Royal City, was booked for two GCDC warrants and a Department of Corrections warrant.

Kyle Simpson, 26, of Soap Lake, was booked for second-degree burglary.

Robert Cooper, 32, of Moses Lake, was booked for second-degree theft, trafficking stolen property and a GCDC warrant.

Larry Powell, 35, was arrested and booked on a GCDC warrant.

Charles May, 33, of Tacoma, was arrested and booked on no valid operator’s license without ID.

Dakota Johnson, 25, of Moses Lake, was booked for a DOC warrant.

Sunny Winfield, 27, transient, was booked on a Grant County Superior Court warrant.

Matthew Crediford, 32, of Quincy, was booked for a GCSC warrant.

Suzette Brown, 49, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on possession with intent to deliver (hydrocodone) and second-degree theft.
