March 30

Report of some roosters making noise in the 9800 block of Olympic Drive Northeast. Police could not find the owners of the roosters.

A manager of a motel in the 1100 block of South Pioneer Way reported finding marijuana paraphernalia inside a customer’s room. The manager was advised marijuana was legal and the issue was civil, not criminal.

Report of an 8-gallon fuel tank stolen from the back of a truck in the 700 block of South Locust Lane.

Two women were caught stealing $78 worth of merchandise from Walmart. The women were issued criminal citations and will be appearing in court.

A wallet was found on South Frontage Road by a passing motorist.

Report of a man placing 13 movies inside his jacket at Safeway and leaving the store without paying for the items. A woman reportedly sold the movies to another business. The male suspect was arrested for first-degree trafficking in stolen property and third-degree theft. Charges will by forwarded by a report against the female suspect.

A man reportedly entered a gas station in the 600 block of North Stratford Road and took a can of alcohol and drank it. The man took an additional can of alcohol from the store and was arrested. The suspect was trespassed from the business and given a ride home.

A man told police he believes his vehicles were shot in the 1900 block of West Spruce Street with a BB gun.

Two women were stopped by Safeway employees while stealing $573 worth of alcohol. The two women then reportedly stole some beer from the Walmart in Ephrata and were eventually stopped by deputies and booked into the Grant County Jail for second-degree burglary.

A woman reported that items had been stolen out of her vehicle.

A pony was reported running at large.

A man reported that his mentally ill sister pulled a knife on him.

A male was reported apparently passed out, sitting in a parked car with his foot on the brake pedal.

A woman reported seeing a male walking down the street with a couple of pit bulls and an ax over his shoulder.

A man reported that his son was tearing up the house and knocked out his brother.

A hit-and-run was reported in the MarDon area.

A woman reported that her sister was on a rampage and being verbally abusive.

March 31

Two people were reportedly looking in cars.

A female reported that her boyfriend kicked and broke her car door.

Kyle McGough, 22, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for felony harassment and fourth-degree assault.

Stephen Brown, 27, of Royal City, was arrested and booked for manufacturing marijuana and possession of marijuana with intent to deliver.

Larry Rangel, 20, of Moses Lake, was booked on a Grant County Superior Court warrant and a Grant County District Court warrant.

Daylen Callahan, 42, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for theft of a motor vehicle.

Jordan Tebow, 32, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a Department of Corrections arrest order for probation violations.

Matthew Hausknecht, 24, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for first-degree trafficking in stolen property and third-degree theft.

Wayne Hauser, 27, of Quincy, was arrested and booked for possession of methamphetamine and a DOC arrest order for probation violations.

Cody Flores, 21, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a DOC arrest order for probation violations.

Elkana Mulamba, 29, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a GCSC warrant.

Michael Childs, 44, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a GCDC warrant.

Rusty Shumaker, 35, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for second-degree assault.

Jazmine Rodriguez, 20, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for second-degree burglary and third-degree theft.

Monica Delacruz, 24, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for second-degree burglary and third-degree theft.

Evgueni Iaprynstev, 21, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for second-degree trafficking stolen property.

Sunny Winfield, 27, a transient, was booked on a GCSC warrant.

Luis Ibarra, 24, of Yakima, was booked on two GCDC warrants.

Matthew Crediford, 32, of Quincy, was booked on a GCSC warrant.
