New Multi Agency Communications Center 911 Dispatch Center Project

You are invited to bid on a lump sum contract to include general architectural, civil, landscape, structural, mechanical, and electrical work for the following project:

This project consists of construction of a new approximate 9,776 sq.ft. Emergency Communications Center on an approximate 3 acre site located at 208 South Hamilton Road, Moses Lake, WA. 98837.

The Project includes the following Additive Alternate Bid:

1. Provide an approximate 816 sq.ft. wood framed and metal roofed and sided storage building.

Mandatory Pre-bid Conference: A mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit has been scheduled for Wednesday October 7, 2015 at 10:30am for prime contractors and other

interested parties. Meet promptly at 10:30 AM at the Washington National Guard Armory Classroom 105, 6500 32nd Avenue NE, Moses Lake, WA. 98837. Bidders and other interested parties are invited to attend. All attendees must park within the Multi Agency Communications Center's fenced enclosure located at the south side of the building. Access to this parking area is by controlled access vehicle gate located off the west side of the building. All bidders and interested parties are encouraged to arrive early to account for time needed to gain access to this parking area. Visitor entry is located at the west side of the Armory building. DO NOT enter the Armory building via the building entry located on the north side of the building facing the open parking lot.

At the conclusion of the conference, the conference will be adjourned and then reconvened at the project site (208 So. Hamilton Road NE, Moses Lake, WA. 98837) as soon thereafter as feasible. A sign-in sheet will be routed at both the pre-bid conference and at the site meeting.

Prime contractors wishing to submit a bid must attend both portions of the conference. A

list of attending prime contractors will be included in Addendum #1. Bids submitted by prime contractors not shown to have been in attendance at both portions of the pre-bid conference will be returned unopened.

It is recommended that Bidders “Register” in order to receive automatic e-mail notification of future addenda and to place themselves on the “Self-Registered Bidders List". Bidders that do not register will not be automatically notified of addenda and will need to periodically check the on-line plan room for addenda issued on this project.
