Central Washington Asphalt, Inc. will begin road construction of Valley Road and Airway Drive.

Central Washington Asphalt, Inc. will begin road construction of Valley Road and Airway Drive. This contract provides for the construction of 1.79 miles of HMA grind/inlay on Valley Road NE and Airway Drive NE, from MP 1.00 to MP 3.26 (with an Exception from MP 1.52 to MP 1.99). Valley Road NE is a four lane county road with intermittent turn lanes, and Airway Drive NE is both a four lane and a 2 lane county road with intermittent turn lanes, both in Grant County, WA, and includes planing bituminous pavement, hot mix asphalt, project temporary traffic control, curb & gutter, sidewalk ramps, plastic & painted centerline and edge line and other work all in accordance with the plans and specifications.
