2. Review financial statements and approve vouchers

3. Adopt three resolutions

4. Approve water service contract cancellations and renewals

5. Approve quotes for canal gates, PVC pipe and fittings, and weed screen and parts

6. Approve C&E Trenching payment

7. Approve or deny damage claims

8. Approve or deny PPL6.0-0.5 cost-share proposal

9. Approve HDR Engineering task oder

10. Authorize call for bids for trsh rake

11. Authorize publishing RFQ or engineering work

12. Review performance and salary for Manager and Assistant Manager

This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of RCW 42.30.080.
