NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on September 14, 2015, the Grant County Board of Commissioners approved/denied proposals to adopt amendments to the Grant County Comprehensive Plan, including site-specific land use re-designations, changes to the Future Land Use Map, UGA Amendments and Zone Changes.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on September 14, 2015, the Grant County Board of Commissioners approved/denied proposals to adopt amendments to the Grant County Comprehensive Plan, including site-specific land use re-designations, changes to the Future Land Use Map, UGA Amendments and Zone Changes. The 2015 Comprehensive Plan amendments and Rezones were reviewed by the Grant County Board of County Commissioners at an open record public hearing to consider recommendations and Findings from the Grant County Planning Commission, along with other agency and general public comments pertaining to the proposed amendments.

The applicant and/or a party with standing may appeal this decision to the Washington Growth Management Hearings Board by filing a written appeal together with the applicable filing fee for the Washington Growth Management Hearings Board, 1111 Israel Road SW, Suite 301, P.O. Box 40953, Olympia, WA 98504-0953 within 60 (sixty) calendar days of the date of publication of this notice pursuant to the provisions of Grant County Code 25.12.100 and RCW 36.70A.290.
