The Public Utility District #1 of Franklin County will hold the first in a series of 4 public hearings on the 2016 operating and capital budgets. The first hearing will take place at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, September 22, 2015, during the regular Board of Commissioners meeting at the District’s office at 1411 W. Clark, Pasco, WA. The public is invited to attend the hearing and make comments on the 2016 operating and capital budgets. Written comments may be delivered to 1411 West Clark Street, Pasco, WA or mailed to Franklin PUD, PO Box 2407, Pasco, WA 99302-2407. Please include author’s name, physical address, and telephone number. Written comments must be received by September 21, 2015.
