NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD October 5, 2015 at 9:30 a.m. in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room, Courthouse, Ephrata, WA to consider a budget extension request to the Grants Administration Fund #190 in the amount of $128,397.00 to fund a Department of Commerce CDBG Public Services Grant No. 15-62210-005 for the OIC of Washington.
