Notice is hereby given that consultant proposals will be received by the Port of Moses Lake, Washington for:

By filing with the Port of Moses Lake ATTN Executive Director, 7810 Andrews St. N.E. Suite 200, Moses Lake, Washington 98837, Phone 509-762-5363 until:

Time: 4:00 P.M.

Proposals submitted after the due date will not be considered (unless prior consent is given). Consultants accept all risks of late delivery of mailed submittals regardless of fault.

A detailed Request for Proposals (RFP) information packet including general information, requested services, submittal requirements, and evaluation process will be posted to the Port web site at www.portofmoseslake.com.

The Port of Moses Lake reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and to waive irregularities and informalities in the submittal and evaluation process. This RFP does not obligate the Port of Moses Lake to pay any costs incurred by respondents in the preparation and submission of their statement of Proposals. Furthermore, the RFP does not obligate the Port of Moses Lake to accept or contract for any expressed or implied services.
