Gordon Kay Bradshaw

Gordon Kay Bradshaw was born in Culbertson, Montana on June 1, 1937 and passed away Sept. 3, 2015 surrounded by his loving family in Moses Lake, Wash. Gordon was born to Orville and Myrtle (Rasmussen) Bradshaw of Troy, Mont. and spent many of his formative years growing up on the Yaak River outside of Troy. He worked all over the world as a construction superintendent, which provided him and his family a life full of adventure. From the pipeline of Alaska to the tropics of Trinidad, he left his mark. In his youth, Gordon was Montana State Golden Gloves Heavyweight Champion and later became a founding member of the Adams County Sheriff’s Posse.

He is survived by his wife Barbara of Moses Lake, Wash.; daughters Deborah Crowder of Moses Lake, Wash., Stacy Kelley of Tigard, Ore., and Linda Hackstock of Covington, Wash.; siblings Ron Bradshaw of Troy, Mont., Barbara Blackburn of Ft Meyers, Fla., Dick Bradshaw of Libby, Mont., Terry Bradshaw of Spokane, Wash., Betty Jo Welch of Troy, Mont., Tom Bradshaw of Anchorage, Alaska, Donna Passmore of Green Acres, Wash.; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Proceeded in death by his parents Orville and Myrtle Bradshaw of Troy, Mont.; his first wife Karole King Bradshaw of Moses Lake, Wash.; brothers Cleo and Don Bradshaw of Troy, Mont.; sisters Mary Winslow of Troy, Mont. and Marlene Davies of Spokane, Wash.; granddaughter Brooke Rollins of Othello, Wash.

Gordon loved to spend time outdoors and fishing was his passion. He will be dearly missed but his spirit will live on as he was a devoted family man and mentor to many. A celebration of his life will be held Saturday, Sept. 12, 2015 at 1 p.m. at the Pillar Rock Grill in Moses Lake, Wash.
