PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that public hearings will be held before the MOSES LAKE PLANNING COMMISSION on Nov. 12 and the MOSES LAKE CITY COUNCIL on Dec. 8. Both hearings will be at 7:00 p.m. at Civic Center located at 401 S. Balsam, and will consid?er the following:

Comprehensive Plan amendments and rezones, including the following:

a.Amend the Transportation Element to update data and projects.

b.Change 11.37 acres from General Commercial/C-2 to High Density Residential/R-3, located north of Harris Rd, east of Owens Rd, & south of ASPI Blvd.

c.Change 47 acres from Public Facilities/P to Industrial/H-I, at 8213 Randolph Rd, the former Police Firing Range.
