Notice is hereby given that a Short Subdivision application was received by Grant County on September 30, 2015 from Jacob Silva (Designated Contact: J. Curtis & Associates, Inc., PO Box 956, Mattawa, WA 99349), was found to be technically complete on October 20, 2015. PROJECT: Short subdivision creating two (2) lots from approximately 50.59 acres in the Agriculture zone. Lot 1 will be used for agricultural purposes and will have no resident capacity. Lot 2 will be for residential use. Lot 2 contains two residences; one is for Extended Family Living. LOCATION: The project is located on Mae Valley Rd. NE, just east of C Rd. NE approximately 4 miles west of Moses Lake and a mile north of Interstate 90. The parcel is located in the northern portion of Section 27, Township 19 North, Range 27 East, W.M., Grant County, WA.

This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. Office hours: 8 am-12 noon, 1-4 pm, M-F. Comments must be submitted to the Planning Department no later than 4 pm on November 10, 2015. Comments should be as specific as possible and may be mailed, hand-delivered, or sent by facsimile. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
