Notice is hereby given that multiple Building Permit applications and SEPA Checklist received by Grant County on October 13, 2015 from Bruce Perry (Designated Contact: Jay Waddell PO Box 778 Ellensburg, WA 98926, 509-929-1209), were found to be technically complete on October 19, 2015. PROJECT: The cutting and filling of approximately 5,000 cubic yards for the purpose of building a 6,500 square foot residence and driveway. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: Building Permits. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The subject address is 19960 E Desert Aire Drive, Mattawa, WA 99349, located on the intersection of State Route 243 and East Desert Aire Drive. The proposal is located in the center of Section 23, Township 14 North, Range 23 East, WM, Grant County, WA. Parcel #15-0115-012; 15-0115-010. ZONING: Agriculture. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
