NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A CLOSED RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD October 27, 2015 at 3:30 p.m. in the Commissioners Hearing Room, Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding a request from Joshua Lybbert for a Minor Zone Change of a 59-acre parcel from Agriculture to Rural Residential 1.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A CLOSED RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD October 27, 2015 at 3:30 p.m. in the Commissioners Hearing Room, Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding a request from Joshua Lybbert for a Minor Zone Change of a 59-acre parcel from Agriculture to Rural Residential 1. The parcel currently has inconsistent zoning and land use designations, approval of this zone change would make the two designations consistent. The existing land use designation is Rural Residential 1.

The subject parcel is located on South Frontage Rd. E just west of Rd. A NE in the NE1/4 of S 31, T 19 N, R 27 E, W.M., Grant County, WA, approximately six miles west of Moses Lake. (Parcel #16-1591-001).
