Notice of Initiation of the Section 106 Process-Public Participation in accordance with the FCC’s Program Comment for Positive Train Control and Infrastructure. Union Pacific proposes to construct an approximately 65’ monopole communications pole with associated equipment at the following approximate location in Jefferson County, Arizona within the existing railroad right-of-way:

• Coordinates: 34.26639, -92.061244; Mile Post #344.56, White Bluff.
