NOTICE OF HEARING FOR THE SURPLUS DECLARATION OF COUNTY OWNED PROPERTY, THROUGH THE MOTOR VEHICLE (ER&R) FUND, AND AUTHORIZATION OF DISPOSAL VIA PUBLIC AUCTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Franklin County will hold a public hearing to declare surplus of County owned property, through the Motor Vehicle (ER&R) Fund, and the Franklin County Sheriff Fund, and to authorize disposal of said surplus via public auction; as follows

A public hearing will be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at 9:00 am or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, by the Franklin County Board of Commissioners in the County Commissioners Chambers at the Franklin County Courthouse, 1016 North Fourth Avenue, Pasco, Washington.

All persons interested may appear and be heard at such hearing to declare surplus and to proceed with disposal at public auction.

A Spanish interpreter will be available. The Commissioners’ Chambers are handicap accessible.
