PROJECT: A Discretionary Use Review to enable further expansion of an existing Bulk Fuel Storage Facility on an approximately 8.71-acre parcel in the Rural Light Industrial zoning district of Grant County.

Notice is hereby given that a Discretionary Use Permit application received by Grant County on September 25, 2015 from Coeur d'Alene Service Station Equipment, Inc. (Designated Contact: Don Boyd, 118 E. Poplar Avenue, Coeur d'Alene, ID 83814, 208-667-7414) was found to be technically complete on October 1, 2015. PROJECT: A Discretionary Use Review to enable further expansion of an existing Bulk Fuel Storage Facility on an approximately 8.71-acre parcel in the Rural Light Industrial zoning district of Grant County. Expansion will include installation of three (3) new 1,000-gallon vertical tanks for storage of lubricants, installation of three (3) new concrete tank pads, and the installation of an engineered concrete pad around the pads with a retaining curb (to direct spills into existing containment). SEPA: An Addendum to SEPA Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (File # P15-0094) was issued by Grant County for this proposal on September 29, 2015. ADDITIONAL PERMITS REQUIRED: Building Permit. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The subject area is an approximately 0.10-acre portion of Parcel #18-0197-001. The site is located approximately 3.98 miles east of the intersection of State Highway 17 and Wheeler Road NE, and approximately 300 ft. north of the intersection of Road 3 NE and Road O NE, and in the SE quarter of Section 16, Township 19 North, Range 29 East, WM, Grant County, WA. PRESENT ZONING: Rural Light Industrial. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
