Rollin Toya

Rollin Toya, a resident of Moses Lake since the early 1950s, passed away Sept. 28, 2015. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 8, 2015 at the Moses Lake Alliance Church, 1100 N. Grape Drive, with Pastor Kent Copley officiating. Please sign the online guestbook or leave a note for the family at www.kayserschapel.com. Rollin was born in Oregon City, Oregon on September 26, 1946 to Fred and Kimi Toya. After graduating from Moses Lake High School in 1964, Rollin took classes at Big Bend Community College and farmed with his father. He worked at Simplot and then CHS for several years.

Rollin enjoyed fishing, spending time in the mountains, and he was a die-hard fan of the Yankees, but he will be best remembered for the relationships he had with his family and friends. Rollin was preceded in death by his father, Fred Toya and his brother, Dan Toya. He is survived by his mother Kimi; daughter Heather with husband Joseph; son Martin with wife Lindsay; and grandchildren Ashtyn, Avery, Jessica, and Lucas.
