NOTICE OF MITIGATED DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Moses Lake issued a Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for each of the following projects:

1. Poth 2 Major Plat - Subdivide 4.1 acres into 17 lots. The proponent is Mark Poth. The site is located in the 3200 block of Penisula Drive.

2. Pioneer Meadows Major Plat - Subdivide 14.75 acres into 2 lots for future multi-family development. The proponent is Pioneer Meadows LLC. The site is east of Pioneer Way, west of Division Street, and north of 9th Ave.

After review of the completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the City of Moses Lake, the SEPA Responsible Official has determined these proposals will not have a probable adverse impact on the environment if the stipulated mitigation is provided. Pursuant to WAC 197-11-340(2) the lead agency will not act on these proposal for 14 days from the date of determination. Comments on the MDNS must be submitted by October 14, 2015, to the Responsible Official.
