The Franklin Conservation District Board of Supervisors will hold a meeting at 12:00 p.m. on December 15, 2015 at Michael Jay’s Restaurant located at 710 S. Columbia Ave., Connell, WA to adopt a resolution setting the date, time, and location of an election to fill a Conservation District Supervisor’s expiring term.
