NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CHANGE/TRANSFER OF WATER RIGHT UNDER

EIGHT (8) GROUND WATER CERTIFICATES

TAKE NOTICE:

That the Warden Hutterian Trust of Warden, WA, has made application for change/transfer of water right in order to add wells & change the place of use as granted under Ground Water Certificates Nos. 587-A, 2520-A, 2567-A, 6060-A with Cert. of Change No. Vol. 1-3, Page 314, G3-01172C, G3-01217, G3-01541C, and G3-01542C.

That Certificate No. 587-A authorizes the withdrawal of 1000 gallons per minute, 360 acre-feet per year, each year, for continuous domestic supply & seasonal irrigation of 95 acres.

That the authorized point of withdrawal is a well located within the SE1/4NE1/4 of Sec. 6, T. 18 N., R. 31 E.W.M.

That the authorized place of use is the North three-quarters of Sec. 6, T. 18 N., R. 31 E.W.M.

That the proposed place of use is 95 acres within the N1/2 of Sec. 21, T. 18 N., R. 31 E.W.M.

That Certificate No. 2520-A authorizes the withdrawal of 225 gallons per minute, 160 acre-feet per year, each year, for continuous domestic supply & seasonal irrigation of 80 acres.

That the authorized point of withdrawal is a well located within the NE1/4NE1/4SW1/4 of Sec. 11, T. 18 N., R. 30 E.W.M.

That the authorized place of use is the NE1/4and W1/2 of Sec. 11, T. 18 N., R. 30 E.W.M.

That the proposed place of use is 80 acres within the SE1/4 of Sec. 17, T. 18 N., R. 31 E.W.M.

That Certificate No. 2567-A authorizes the withdrawal of 1200 gallons per minute, 300 acre-feet per year, each year, for continuous municipal supply & seasonal irrigation of 105 acres.

That the authorized points of withdrawal are two wells, both located within the SE1/4SW1/4 of Sec. 8, T. 18 N., R. 31 E.W.M.

That the authorized place of use is the S1/2S1/2 of Sec. 8, T. 18 N., R. 31 E.W.M.

That the proposed place of use is 96.5 acres within the S1/2S1/2 of Sec. 8, T. 18 N., R. 31 E.W.M., 8.5 acres within the N1/2 of Sec. 12, T. 18 N., R. 30 E.W.M. and the SE1/4 of Sec. 17, T. 18 N., R. 31 E.W.M. Municipal use will be within the S_ of Sec. 8, T. 18 N., R. 31 E.W.M.

That Certificate No. 6060-A together with Certificate of Change No. Volume 1-3, Page 314, authorizes the withdrawal of 1500 gallons per minute, 1201 acre-feet per year, each year, for continuous domestic supply & seasonal irrigation of 300 acres.

That the authorized point of withdrawal is a well located within the NW1/4SW1/4NE1/4 of Sec. 2, T. 18 N., R. 31 E.W.M.

That the authorized place of use is the E1/2 and SW1/4 of Sec. 2, T. 18 N., R. 31 E.W.M.

That the proposed place of use is 300 acres within the E1/2 and NW1/4 of Sec. 22, T. 18 N., R. 31 E.W.M.

That Certificate No. G3-01172C authorizes the withdrawal of 2000 gallons per minute, 1375 acre-feet per year, each year, for seasonal irrigation of 550 acres.

That the authorized point of withdrawal is a well, located within the NW1/4 of Sec. 6, T. 18 N., R. 31 E.W.M.

That the authorized place of use is that part of the W1/2 of Sec. 5 and N3/4 of Sec. 6 lying south of Old Hwy 10, T. 18 N., R. 31 E.W.M.

That the proposed place of use is 268.53 acres within Sec. 21 and 72.47 acres within Sec. 22, T. 18 N., R. 31 E.W.M.

That Certificate No. G3-01217C authorizes the withdrawal of 1500 gallons per minute, 1617 acre-feet per year, each year, for seasonal irrigation of 950 acres.

That the authorized point of withdrawal is a well, located within the NE1/4NW1/4 of Sec. 18, T. 18 N., R. 31 E.W.M.

That the authorized place of use is all of Sec. 7 and the N1/2 of Sec. 18, all in T. 18 N., R. 31 E.W.M.

That the proposed place of use is 184.71 acres within the S1/2 of Sec. 1; 488.3 acres within Sec. 12; and 120.9 acres within Sec. 13 north of irrigation canal, all within T. 18 N., R. 30 E.W.M., and 26.09 acres in the SW1/4 of Sec. 6, SE1/4 of Sec. 17, W1/2W1/2 of Sec. 18, and Sec. 21, all within T. 18 N., R. 31 E.W.M.

That Certificate No. G3-01541C authorizes the withdrawal of 2000 gallons per minute, 2640 acre-feet per year, each year, for seasonal irrigation of 660 acres.

That the authorized point of withdrawal is a well, located within the NE1/4NE1/4 of Sec. 20, T. 18 N., R. 31 E.W.M.

That the authorized place of use is the N1/2 and SE1/4 of Sec. 17 lying north and east of the East Low Canal, and the S1/2S1/2 of Sec. 8; 295 acres within the N1/2 of Sec. 20 , all in T. 18 N., R. 31 E.W.M.

That the proposed place of use is 370.8 acres within Sec. 7; 275.51 acres within Sec. 18; and 13.69 acres within the SW1/4 of Sec. 6, all within T. 18 N., R. 31 E.W.M.

That Certificate No. G3-01542C authorizes the withdrawal of 3150 gallons per minute, 2840 acre-feet per year, each year, for seasonal irrigation of 710 acres.

That the authorized point of withdrawal is a well, located within Government Lot 2 of Sec. 7, T. 18 N., R. 31 E.W.M.

That the authorized place of use is 250 acres within the N1/2 of Sec. 12, 130 acres within the E1/2SW1/4 and W1/2SE1/4 of Sec. 1, E1/2E1/2SE1/4 of Sec. 1; all in T. 18 N., R. 30 E.W.M. and 250 acres within the N1/2 of Sec. 7 and S1/2S1/2S1/2 of Sec. 6; 40 acres within the NE1/4SW1/4, NW1/4SE1/4, SE1/4NW1/4, and SW1/4NE1/4 of Sec. 18 lying northerly of the East Low Canal; 40 acres within Government Lot 7 of Sec. 6; all within T. 18 N., R. 31 E.W.M.

That the proposed place of use is 278.7 acres within Sec. 17; 243.4 acres within Sec. 20, and 6.9 acres within Sec. 21, all within T. 18 N., R. 31 E.W.M.

That after the changes each certificate will authorize nine wells located as follows: 1) SE1/4NE1/4 of Sec. 6, T. 18 N., R. 31 E.W.M.; 2) NE1/4SW1/4 of Sec. 11, T. 18 N., R. 30 E.W.M.; 3 & 4) SE1/4SW1/4 of Sec. 8; 5) NE1/4NW1/4 of Sec. 18; 6) SW1/4NE1/4 of Sec. 2; 7) NE1/4NE1/4 of Sec. 20; 8) SW1/4NW1/4 of Sec. 7; and 9) SE1/4NW1/4 of Sec. 6, all within T. 18 N., R. 31 E.W.M.

Protests or objections to approval of this application must include a detailed statement of the basis for objections; protests must be accompanied by a fifty-($50.00) dollar recording fee and filed with the Department of Ecology, at the address shown below, within thirty (30) days from November25, 2015.
