MITIGATED DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE

Grant County has issued a Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (WAC Chapter 197-11) for the following project: The blasting, excavating, and filling of approximately 6,700 cubic yards for the purpose of building a 6,500 square foot residence and grading a driveway. The subject address is 19960 E Desert Aire Drive, Mattawa, WA 99349, located on the intersection of State Route 243 and East Desert Aire Drive. The proposal is located in the center of Section 23, Township 14 North, Range 23 East, WM, Grant County, WA. Parcel #15-0115-012; 15-0115-010.

After a review of a completed Environmental Checklist and other information on file with the Planning Department, Grant County has determined that this proposal does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment as conditioned.
