2. ACQUISITION BY CONDEMNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY:

Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County, a duly established municipal corporation of the State of Washington, hereinafter called the “District”, is authorized under RCW 54.16.020 and RCW 54.16.040, to condemn and acquire land and other property rights and privileges within and without its limits necessary for the purpose of furnishing itself, and its inhabitants, and any other person with electric current for all uses and to construct facilities for the distribution thereof.

The District is constructing a transmission line to serve customer load in Grant County.

The Commission of the District will determine whether it is necessary and advisable and in the best interests of the District and its electrical users to condemn an easement and right-of-way for electrical transmission lines and related electrical facilities on your property, among others, at the date, time and location below.
