Adan (Adam) Yzaguirre
April 14, 1962 – November 19, 2015
Adan (Adam) Yzaguirre of Moses Lake passed away in his home surrounded by loved ones on Thursday, Nov. 19, at the age of 53. Adam was born in Portland, Ore. on April 14, 1962, the son of Genaro Sr. and Angelina Yzaguirre.
Adam lived most of his life in Moses Lake where he raised his son Michael and daughter Holly. Adam made his career in agriculture where he worked primarily for Carnation, Brotherton Seed, and Irrigation Specialists. He enjoyed spending time in the garage welding, woodworking, and working on cars. Adam loved Tejano music and dancing, fishing, a friendly game of pool, summertime barbecues and most of all, spending time with his grandchildren.
Adam is survived by his wife Kellie, children Michael and Holly Yzaguirre, Matthew and Kristina Lipford and Jaclyn Williams, grandchildren Nicolas Yzaguirre, Jordan Sandoval, Mila Yzaguirre, Kaiden Lipford, Aadylin and Kiryn Alvarado, and Devalyn Walker, brothers Genaro (Petra), Peter (Cindy) and Luis (Heather), and sisters Janie (Javier) Rocha, Eva (Beto) Moreno and Gloria (Gabe) Rubio and numerous nieces and nephews. Adam is preceded in death by his parents.
Viewing will be held from 3 to 7 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 24 at Kayser’s Chapel and from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 25 at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church. Holy rosary and funeral services for Adam will be held at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church at 200 Dale Rd in Moses Lake on Wednesday, Nov. 25 at 9:30 a.m. with a reception to follow next door at the CCD Center.
