Notice is hereby given that the JARPA SSDP received on 10/19/15 from Grant County PUD (Contact: Edrie Risdon) were found to be technically complete on 10/30/15. PROJECT: The project is proposing to restore & re-establish the shoreline along the Columbia River with native vegetation. The project will remove lawn and ornamental trees which have been maintained by the residents of Sunland. The purpose of the project is to comply with the Grant Co. PUD's Shoreline Management Plan by reducing the private appearance of the publicly owned shoreline. The project will incorporate Firewise principles by utilizing lower growing, low fuel plants near the private property boundaries and also removing resinous and flammable plants near the private property boundaries. ADDITIONAL PERMITS REQUIRED: None STUDIES REQUIRED: None LOCATION: The project is located off the shoreline of Sunland Estates Parcel #'s 15-0002-000; 15-0005-000. The project is in Section 02 & 11, Township 18 North, Range 22 East, WM, Grant County, WA. SHORELINE ENVIRONMENT: Rural Conservancy. ZONING: Rural Remote. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
