Notice is hereby given that a SEPA Checklist & Site Plan Review application received by Grant County on October 5, 2015 from Inland Tarp & Cover, Inc. (Contact: Glen Knopp, 4172 N. Frontage Rd., Moses Lake, WA 98837 and was found to be technically complete on November 10, 2015.

Notice is hereby given that a SEPA Checklist & Site Plan Review application received by Grant County on October 5, 2015 from Inland Tarp & Cover, Inc. (Contact: Glen Knopp, 4172 N. Frontage Rd., Moses Lake, WA 98837 and was found to be technically complete on November 10, 2015. Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal, and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable codes, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal and the proposed mitigation measures. A copy of the subsequent threshold determination may be obtained upon request. PROJECT: To build approximately six structures totaling approximately 232,400 square feet. The buildings will be used for the manufacturing of hay tarps, product/material storage, vehicle repair, etc. Inland anticipates these structures being built over the course of 10-15 years. This proposal includes replacing structures lost in a recent fire as well as future expansion. There is an existing hay tarp production and hay storage facility on site. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The property is located at 4172 North Frontage Road E, just east of Rd. D NE in a portion of Section 26, Township 19 North, Range 27 East, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #s 31-1178-000 & 31-1179-000. ZONING: Rural Light Industrial. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. Comments should be as specific as possible and may be mailed, hand-delivered, or sent by facsimile. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
