An ordinance amending Chapter 17.12 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled “Major Subdivisions”

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which changes the time limit a final subdivision is vested.

This ordinance, which was passed on November 10, 2015 will take effect and be in force five days after publication.
