PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Resolution 15-064-CC Order of Sale that Grant County will sell at Public Auction for cash on November 20, 2015 commencing at 11:00 AM in the lobby above the courthouse steps in the Courthouse in Ephrata, Washington to dispose of county property declared surplus on November 3, 2015, and more particularly described as follows:
