NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there has been proposed to the Franklin County Planning Commission an application by Romona Mecham, 221 Eltopia West Road, Eltopia, WA 99330 for a zoning designation change, ZC 2015-02.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Said application is to rezone approximately 7.23 acres from Rural Community 5 (RC-5) to rural Community 1 (RC-1).

The subject parcel is described as follows:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Portion of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Township 11N., Range 30E, Section 11 W.M. Franklin County, WA.

NON-LEGAL DESCRIPTION: The 7.23 acres is located in the Eltopia Rural Settlement Area, west of Highway 395, along the west side of Eltopia West Road near the intersection of Seattle Avenue and Eltopia West Road at site address 221 Eltopia West Road. (Parcel Number 123531071)

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said application will be considered by the Franklin County Planning Commission. Said consideration will be a public hearing on December 1, 2015 at the hour of 7:00 p.m. in the Franklin County Courthouse, Commissioners Meeting Room, 1016 North 4th Avenue, Pasco, WA 99301 and all concerned may appear and present any support for or objections to the application. Written comments are accepted prior to the public hearing and those comments shall be submitted to the Franklin County Planning Department, 1016 North 4th, Pasco, Washington 99301.
