Notice is hereby given that a SEPA Checklist received by Grant County on October 26, 2015 from Daniel Eilers, PO Box 1269, Royal City, WA 99357 and was found to be technically complete on November 5, 2015. Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal, and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable codes, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal and the proposed mitigation measures. A copy of the subsequent threshold determination may be obtained upon request. PROJECT: Grading and leveling the property to facilitate future site development. The grading will exceed the 500 cubic yard threshold. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The property is located on North Frontage Road E, just east of Rd. C NE in a portion of Section 27, Township 19 North, Range 27 East, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #s 31-2309-000 & 16-1560-000. ZONING: Rural Residential 1. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
