The Superior Court of Grant County has directed the undersigned Sheriff of Grant County to sell the property described below to satisfy a judgment in the above entitled action. The property to be sold is described as follows:

BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SAID SECTION 10; THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID SUBDIVISION, A DISTANCE OF 417.4 FEET; THENCE WEST, PARALLEL TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SUBDIVISION, A DISTANCE OF 208.7 FEET; THENCE NORTH PARALLEL TO THE EAST LINE OF SAID SUBDIVISION, A DISTANCE OF 417.4 FEET TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 10; THENCE EAST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SECTION 10, A DISTANCE OF 208.7 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

retain possession during any redemption period if the property is used for farming or if the property is being sold under a mortgage that so provides.
