Notice is hereby given that a Building Permit application and SEPA Checklist received by Grant County on October 21, 2015 from BNW Holdings LLC (Designated Contact: Ben Valasquez, 6287 Adams Rd NW Quincy, WA 98848, 509-787-3546) were found to be technically complete on October 27, 2015. Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal, and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable codes, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal and the proposed mitigation measures. A copy of the subsequent threshold determination may be obtained upon request. PROPOSED MITIGATION MEASURES: None. PROJECT: This proposal is for the construction of a 400 square foot addition to an existing barn on an approximately 80.30-acre parcel. ADDITIONAL PERMITS REQUIRED: Building Permits. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The subject area is a portion of Parcel #20-0572-000. The subject area is approximately 4.8 miles southeast of Quincy, WA. It is also located on the intersection of Adams Rd NW and 6 Rd NW, and is in the southwest corner of Section 36, Township 20 North, Range 24 East, WM, Grant County, WA. PRESENT ZONING: Agriculture. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
