An ordinance amending Chapter 18.50 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code titled “Recreational Marijuana Businesses”

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which allows the production, processing, selling, or delivery of marijuana, marijuana-infused products, or useable marijuana in the Heavy Industrial Zone.

This ordinance, which was passed on May 26, 2015 will take effect and be in force five days after publication.
