Notice is hereby given that a Discretionary Use Permit application and SEPA Checklist were received by Grant County on May 14, 2015 from Adams Bros. Properties (Designated Contact: Bruce Matthews (Black Rock Construction) & Western Pacific Engineering, PO Box 456, Moses Lake, WA, was found to be technically complete on May 26, 2015.

Notice is hereby given that a Discretionary Use Permit application and SEPA Checklist were received by Grant County on May 14, 2015 from Adams Bros. Properties (Designated Contact: Bruce Matthews (Black Rock Construction) & Western Pacific Engineering, PO Box 456, Moses Lake, WA, was found to be technically complete on May 26, 2015. Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal. A copy of the subsequent threshold determination may be obtained upon request. PROJECT: To construct an approximately 27,000 sq. ft. storage building for tree saplings. LOCATION: The project site is located 4 miles north of Interstate

90 and 10 miles south of Ephrata, in the SE quarter of Section 4, Township 19 North, Range 26 East, Grant County, WA. Parcel #16-0344-000. ZONING: Agriculture. PUBLIC

HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall

be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. Copies of application materials (File #15-6079) are available from Connor Lange, Grant County Planning Department, 264 West Division Ave, PO Box 37, Ephrata, WA 98823, (509)754-2011, ext. 2525. Office hours: 8 am-4 pm, closed noon to 1 pm, M-F. Comments must be submitted to the Planning Department no later than 5 pm on June 15, 2015. Comments should be as specific as possible and may be mailed, hand-delivered, or sent by facsimile. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
