Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County Washington (District) is requesting submission of qualifications to provide Professional Services for a Market Rent Appraisal for Crescent Bar Island Buildings and Infrastructure Improvements, RFP No. 430-4036R.

All respondents are required to attend a mandatory pre-proposal briefing at 1:30 p.m., on Thursday, June 4, 2015, at the District's headquarters building located at 30 C Street SE, Ephrata, WA 98823.

All necessary information concerning the instructions for preparing proposals is located on the District's contracting website at www.ebidexchange.com/gcpud/. When reaching this site you will need to register as a new vendor if you are not already registered in the electronic vendor system.
