Be it hereby resolved that for the purpose of the preservation of life and property during the dry season, it shall be unlawful for any person to burn or cause to be burned within the limits of Franklin County Fire Protection District No. 2 as legally established, any trash, leaves, stubble, grass, or any other combustible material either on private or public land, unless a written permit to do so shall first have been secured from Chief Scott Moore (509-539-8067) or Chief Luke VanHollebeke (509-492-1154).

The Emergency Regulation herein set forth shall be force and effect from the 1st day of June 2015, to the 31st day of October 2015. Passed this 8th day of April 2015.
