An ordinance amending Chapter 17.12 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code titled “Major Subdivisions”

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which provides that preliminary plat approval expires after five years and that a one time extension of three years may be requested.
This ordinance, which was passed on May 12, 2015 will take effect and be in force five days after publication.
