An ordinance amending Chapter 3.18 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code titled “Gambling Tax”

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which brings the chapter into compliance with the Chapter 1.20, Civil Code Enforcement.
This ordinance, which was passed on May 12, 2015 will take effect and be in force five days after publication.
