Notice is hereby given that a JARPA (Shoreline Conditional Use Permit Application) and SEPA Checklist were received by Grant County on March 26, 2015 from Grant County Public Works, 124 Enterprise Street SE, Ephrata, WA and was found to be technically complete on May 12, 2015. PROJECT: Grant County Public Works is removing the existing Stratford Rd. NE Crab Creek crossing, realigning Stratford Rd. and constructing a new crossing further downstream. Once the new crossing is constructed the old crossing will be removed and contoured to match the existing streambed. STUDIES: Wetland Study. LOCATION: The project site is where Stratford Rd. NE crosses Crab Creek at the town site of Stratford.
