Darrin Miller second at state freestyle
Darrin Miller
ROYAL CITY - Royal High wrestler Darrin Miller finished second at the recent USA Wrestling state freestyle tournament, competing in the 182-pound division.
Miller has always been involved in USA Wrestling since he was eight years old. He he enjoys the freestyle way of wrestling.
Miller has been a top-4 state placer every year he has competed. There were 17 boys in his bracket this year.
"Tough kids," coach Randy Miller said.
Randy Miller established a USA club, Royal Wrestling, when he arrived in Royal a couple of years ago.
