Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Directors of Ephrata School District No. 165 in the Administration Building, 499 "C" Street, NW, Ephrata, Washington for construction of the Science Rooms Remodel. Estimated cost range: $200,000 to $250,000.

GENERAL Contractors shall submit their sealed proposals up until 3:00 p.m., May 28, 2015.

Proposals received after time set for opening will not be considered. Bids will be opened and publicly read immediately after the time and date set for opening.

Drawings and Specifications may be examined at the following offices: Ephrata School District, 499 "C" Street, NW, Ephrata, WA; Yakima Plan Center, Yakima; Wenatchee Plan and Copy Center, Wenatchee; Tri-Cities Construction Council, Kennewick; Spokane Regional Plan Center, Spokane; Associated Builders and Contractors, Spokane; Associated General Contractors, Spokane; Associated General Contractors, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho; Walla Walla Valley Plan Center, Walla Walla; McGraw-Hill Construction, Seattle.

Copies of drawings and specifications may be obtained only at the office of NAC|Architecture by and for bona fide Washington licensed bidders upon deposit of $75.00 per complete set. Deposit will not be returned if documents are mutilated or so marked that they are not reusable and/or if they are not returned to the Architect within 10 days after bids are received. Other sets or individual sheets may be purchased at a cost (not refundable) from the printer with the approval of the Architect.

No bidder may withdraw his bid after hour set for opening thereof, unless award is delayed for a period exceeding 45 days.

The Board of Directors of Ephrata District No. 165 reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
