Nine Year Five Month Lease Term

The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) offers for lease at sealed bid Public Auction a tract of land containing approximately 466.74 acres, more or less, and described as Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, S1/2NE1/4, SE1/4NW1/4 Section 6, Township 15 North, Range 27 East W.M.; and S1/2S1/2 Section 36, Township 16 North, Range 26 East W.M., Grant County, Washington, containing 459.24 grazing acres, and 7.50 composing site acres. Annual rent will be $1,723.30. Lease covenants may be examined at the Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata, DNR Southeast Region Office located at 713 Bowers Rd, Ellensburg, WA 98926, or the office of the Commissioner of Public Lands, Olympia, WA.
