(f) Pursuant to RCW 87.06.020, interest will be charged on the delinquent assessments and costs set forth above at a rate of 12% per year, computed monthly and without compounding, from the date of issuance of this Certificate of Delinquency, and that additional costs incurred as a result of the delinquency will be imposed, including the costs of preparing certificates of delinquency and the costs of foreclosure proceedings.
