Thomas Lee Campbell Sr., 83, long time resident of Moses Lake, passed away in his sleep Thursday, April 30, 2015. A celebration of his life will be held at the Moses Lake Alliance Church on Thursday, May 7 at 11 a.m. Arrangements are in care of Kayser's Chapel & Crematory. Tom was born in Twin Falls, Ida. April 16, 1932 to Orvil Cherry and Pearl Campbell. He settled in Moses Lake in the '70s after traveling and working all over the west coast. He loved to cook and was a chef in several establishments around Washington and Oregon. He drove a milk delivery truck and retired from Safeway; he also delivered the Spokesman-Review for 30 years.

In 1979 he married Connie Kay Campbell who was the love of his life. Tom and Connie were foster parents for several years, and during that time loved and cared for 27 children. They were very involved in the church and led the youth group for some time.

Tom was a very caring, loving and trusting man who could only see the good in people, and would help anyone in need.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife Connie, his son Thomas Campbell Jr, and his daughter Kelly Campbell.

He is survived by his grandson Matthew Campbell, granddaughter Otilia (Kevin) Hoffman, and daughter Venda (Loren) Shick, and two great grandchildren, Alaynah and Kyra.
